Therapy for when insight hasn't translated into how you feel
or how you live
EMDR-Certified LMFT · Telehealth in California, Georgia, and Florida
I'm an EMDR-Certified therapist working with adults who have done thoughtful inner work and arrived at the limits of what understanding alone can do. My approach is grounded, structured, and unhurried — built to take the body and the inner life seriously together, at a pace that allows the work to be deep without becoming overwhelming.
Who tends to find their way here
People who have done thoughtful, earnest work in therapy and reached a ceiling. People whose careful self-understanding has clarified everything about their patterns except how to change them. People whose nervous systems are carrying something that talk alone hasn't reached. People who are new to therapy and want a grounded way in without performance or shame.
If that sounds like the territory you're in, the articles below say more about what that means than any short page can.
What is Depth EMDR
My approach integrates EMDR therapy with Jungian depth psychology — a somatically informed practice I call Depth EMDR. It combines evidence-based trauma processing with a depth-psychology lens that welcomes meaning, imagery, dreams, and inner life — following the person, never imposing a framework. The aim is not only for insight to emerge, but for something to actually move.
Ways to work together
Ongoing therapy (telehealth) For clients who want steady support and durable change over time.
Weekend intensive (telehealth) A concentrated container for clients who want focused momentum, with preparation and integration built in.
A note for professionals
