Fees & FAQ

Fees

  • Session fee: $275

  • Reduced-fee (limited ongoing): $200 (limited availability)

  • Weekend Intensive (1.5 days + integration): $3,000

If cost is a barrier, you don’t need to persuade me. You can share that upfront, and I can offer referral options and resources that may be more affordable.

How payment works

Payment is due at the time of session unless otherwise arranged. Credit card information is collected during the intake and the card is charged on the day of the session.

Insurance

I’m private pay and do not bill insurance directly. I can provide a superbill for out-of-network reimbursement when applicable. Please note that superbills typically require a mental health diagnosis; if a diagnosis is warranted, we can discuss this together.

How often do clients meet?

Most clients meet weekly or biweekly, depending on goals, capacity, and fit. We’ll decide together what is clinically appropriate and sustainable.

What is Depth EMDR?

Depth EMDR combines EMDR with careful attention to the nervous system and a Jungian, depth-psychology lens that welcomes images, dreams, and meaning as part of the process. The aim is for insight to translate into real change in how you feel and how you live.

Do you offer intensives to everyone?

No. Intensives are scheduled when clinically appropriate. They are best for clients who can commit to preparation, a dedicated weekend container, and follow-up integration.

Do you work with people new to therapy?

Yes. Many clients are new to therapy or unsure how to “do it.” We work with structure and pacing so therapy feels usable and grounded.

Cancellation policy

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice are charged at the full session fee, except in the case of genuine emergencies.

Telehealth and location

Telehealth only. You must be physically located in CA/GA/FL at the time of session (see Licensure & Telehealth).
