  • By secure, HIPAA-compliant video. You must be in California or Georgia at the time of each session, because those are the states where I’m licensed.

  • Yes. Clinical experience show remote EMDR is as effective as in-office work, and many people find it easier to process memories while grounded in the comfort of their own space.

  • 50 minutes — $250 per session.

  • A limited sliding scale at $200, $150, or $100. We choose a tier that’s sustainable for you; no financial paperwork required.

  • I’m an out-of-network provider. If you meet criteria for a mental-health diagnosis, I can supply a superbill for possible reimbursement. Check your plan’s benefits first.

  • Please give 24 hours’ notice to avoid the full fee. Emergencies are handled with understanding.
